How long does delivery take? Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days. Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £25. Orders under £25 have a flat fee of £2.99.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time.

Do you ship outside the UK? Currently we ship to the UK only. We're working on expanding internationally — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy. Not happy? Contact us and we'll sort a free return and full refund.

How do I start a return? Email us at hello@corekit.store with your order number. We'll reply within 2 hours with a prepaid return label.

Do your products come with a warranty? Every CoreKit product comes with a 2-year warranty. If anything stops working due to a manufacturing fault, we'll replace it free of charge.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are SSL encrypted.
