We want you to love every CoreKit product. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-day returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, no questions asked. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return Email us at hello@corekit.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 hours.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 1–2 business days. Funds will appear in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Faulty items If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement free of charge, no return necessary.

Warranty All CoreKit products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
